11 years ago. The company started as a small two man partnership
and has grown rapidly through the years. Civil Engineering Inc.
is currently owned and operated by Jim Glasson, a licensed Professional
Engineer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvannia. The company also
offers licensed professional land surveying services throughout
New Jersey.
